Been customer for decades. Unfortunately it seems the price per gallon is not competitive in my area. When I called around for quotes Ferrellgas was way higher. I called customer service and they said the price I was receiving was competitive but it clearly isn't after calling around. Ugh, now I will likely have to change out tanks and go through that whole process. Why not just offer competitive rate?

The people in the office were terrific. They contacted us and kept us in the loop as to when the work could be completed. The people that came to move the tank were very social and yet very on task for the job.

Called them to come pick up a tank as it was on a place I was renting from. They took their sweet time (6 months) to pick it up. Told me since it's not a priority they'll get to others when they can. Poor website as well.

They have always been on top of keeping me full of propane at a reasonable price . There driver's are very professional. Go out of there way once when my driveway was not plowed drug the hose in from the street in two feet of snow.

Called them last fall to pick up a tank and it is still sitting here this fall. Called them numerous times in-between very poor service very glad we switched.

We have been customers of Ferrellgas for ten plus years. However it seems that customer service has declined. Used to be able to speak with our local office but no more. Put a refill request in Monday and still no refill. Called today which is Friday and was told that we have enough propane to last until the 15th. Was told when I explained to her what the temp was here that I was not listening. Again calmly I tried to explain that with the frigid temps of it gets below a certain percentage that the delivery person has to do an extra measure as well. She told me the soonest they would be there was the 7th of March. Please bring back the ability for us here in Grand Rapids Mn to actually speak with the Grand Rapids Mn office directly. Thank you. I still recommend them however it does feel like the service has declined when you can’t even speak with the local office and are talking to someone from a southern state.l and she tells me I am not listening. I have been in customer service my entire life and the one who wasn’t listening was the representative interrupting a calm customer.

Pleased with the service! Delivery people are always pleasant!
