Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a free-standing gas (propane) stove from them and the installation was excellent. We are now looking at a fireplace insert.

FPL did a great job for us. We are really excited about our new gas insert. Their installers & tech personal are highly trained and knowledgeable in every aspect of turning our wood burning fireplace into a more productive fireplace with a gas fireplace insert. We will use them again.
