This goodwill's prices are much higher than other goodwill stores, why? Not much for selection of anything.

Employee did not package my earrings that I paid for, I called and asked if I could exchange for the same value or even a lower price with my receipt. Lady I talked to said it would be a “big deal” if we had to do that. Really? Goodwill is already a corporate company robbing people with their overpriced FREE donations. Not impressed and very rude staff.

If you want to pay retail price or even more for random junk this is the place to go! Who prices the stuff here? I was going to buy a little worn down...looking chair for a preschooler....10$ ridiculous! Bring back the reasonable prices for the ones who love to thrift shop!!!

Prices are outrageous and the staff isn't very kind. Wanted a Carhartt sweatshirt for my father in law but it didn't have a tag. Went up to the cashier to ask and she sent someone else to get a new tag. After waiting quite awhile, someone came out and snottily said no ticket no sales insinuating I took the tag off. She refused to sell it to me. At that point, couldn't the cashier have told me that instead of having me and everyone behind me waste our time? The cashier wouldn't even help anyone else until I got a ticket for my item, even though I told her I'd step aside so she could help others. It's very unfortunate the company has become so greedy, along with it's employees apparently. There were also employees sorting things out and holding things for themselves

I have shopped here for the past 20 years or so. I may not go in again...why should I pay $6.98 for a used item of clothing? Tag sales are fine but you have to sort thru a lot to find them. I am really disappointed.
