I bought a 2026 Silverado with Chris as my sales person. That’s the second one I’ve gotten through him in the past few years. Great conversations hunting fishing and the new truck I was about to buy. No pressure. The whole team at GMGR worked well together.. everything went smooth, and I was pleased with the price.

Went in and walked the entire lot, no sales person ever came to see me. Had a 2015 Murano Platinum to trade and $25k to spend. Perhaps they just don’t want to do business with a black person.

I called about a truck I saw on their website and called them and was transferred to sales representative no waiting. Told him I would like to look at the vehicle. He asked when I advised him that I would be there the next day. When I arrived they had everything ready no pressure. I took for test drive when I got back and told them I would take it. From there we were out of there within 2hrs . Extremely satisfied with the whole process

I think this is my 16th purchase at a dealership (maybe more) across 4 different states. Stacey Logan and Grand Rapids Chevrolet is the only place I have purchased a vehicle from more than once. I appreciate being able to go back to a dealership that I trust. Stacey has earned my utmost respect and trust, I will be back for my next vehicle.
We had a truck break down on us and it being under warranty we had it taken to Grand Rapids GM. The service people were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a loaner vehicle and we loved the features on it. We had no intentions of buying a new vehicle but we thought it wouldn't hurt to see what kind of deal we could do. We dealt with Stacey in sales and test drove a similar vehicle to the loaner and ended up buying it. The finance guy was great! We were in and out very quickly. We trade our vehicles every few years at least and this was the easiest, most laid back dealer we've been to. We've never used the same dealer twice but we will definately be back for our next purchase. We dealt with sales, service, and finance and all the aspects were an amazing experience.

All of the staff I dealt with during the purchase of my car were professional, friendly, informative and patient. I wouldn’t hesitate to work again or recommend Nate, Michelle, and the gal who so patiently explained my new dashboard, etc, to me.
