After arriving in the area we realized we misplaced our boat key! We were totaly disapinted at the lack of any help or courtesy from at another nearby marina!! Grand Rapids Marine went above and beyond to set us up with two new keys to help myself and my family enjoy our two week vacationfilled with fun and fishing...... Thank you Grand Rapids Marine!!

On July 5th my husband Frank M had an issue with his windshield on our boat while on vacation - He brought it in to you guys and Luke took care of the issue and showed my husband how to fix in future. His prompt and timely attention and great customer service made my husband very grateful you guys are here in town and he was without his boat for the rest of his vacation. Thanks guys, a day off the water for Frank can be very excruciating and you made his day! Keep up the good work!

Needed help with my WaveRunner. Was able to speak directly to a mechanic to have my concerns addressed, and he even helped show me online where to get the owners manual directly from Yamaha to make sure I was doing all my checks correctly! I'll be coming back again, for sure!

Charged me a grand to adjust my timing then wanted to charge $1150 to send my injectors to get cleaned on my chev.305 motor when new ones are under 200. They left my gas lines all unconnected and didnt replace my jack on front like i asked...Boat still doesnt run and i had to get a new jack just to disconnect from my truck. Then misplaced my boat cover and said they'd mail it and it's been over 3 weeks and nothing. I would definitely shop around before bringing anything here.

3 months after my deposit secured a pontoon rental I received a call that it would need to be cancelled because Dani double booked. Our trip takes place in less than 2 months. I would highly recommend weighing other options when booking your recreation vehicles. R&R has options if you book far enough in advance. Service providers need to understand there is repercussions from unacceptable scheduling practices.

Just picked up a 2022 Alumacraft Classic 165 CS boat, Suzuki 70 HP motor and trailer from GRM. Because of a manufacturing delay in 2021, the boat was not delivered until late October. Mike was very accommodating in holding the boat over the winter and waiting on final packaging and rigging, which allowed me 6 months of warranty time. From the first time I walked into the store, Mike gave his attention to my purchasing experience. He offered me the best money for my trade in and the best price on the boat package I wanted. (I had checked with 3 other marine dealers in 3 cities on trade in and prices – one was the exact same package I bought and the other 2 were competitors models). Mike was flexible when it came time to rig the boat. I added a number of things to the rigging and he and his staff provided suggestions on placement of my fish locators and wiring – even texted me pictures of where they thought items would best be mounted. Mike texted me one day to let me know that there was a better way to mount the bow mount motor with the Helix 7 attached than what I had, and he saved me money by doing it that way. The rigging job was very professionally done, as well. All wiring is cleanly routed and hidden. The 2 transom mounted transducers were perfectly mounted as I get clear high speed readings. I purchased a number of after-market accessories from Mike and found his prices to be very competitive. Upon delivery of the boat, Mike spent 2 hours going over everything with me as to how it was installed to the features of the boat, motor, trailer and even how to put the travel cover on!. He also went over the important information of breaking in the motor and highlighted that section of the manual for me. I also received the licenses for the boat and trailer along with the decals that Mike arranged from a local graphics shop to match my boats color graphics. This package from his staff, Debbie, included a letter and the MN Boating Guide 2022 that was page marked as to how and where to apply the licensing decals to the boat and trailer. Overall, Mike and all of his staff were very professional and courteous whenever I was there, called or texted. I have had the boat on the water for over 5 hours of break-in time and am very satisfied with the whole package. I highly recommend Grand Rapids Marine for anyone considering purchasing a boat or accessories. Mike and his staff are top notch!

Went there on a Monday no sales people the rental person was very nice..my brother in law wanted to buy a pontoon they said they checked it out engine ran.we got to the lake and engine wouldn't start took off hood of engine there were leaves in it very poor customer service ...when you say it runs you better make sure it does..

Just want to thank GRM for all of their support as they have been great to work with. Luke has been incredibly flexible with our maintenance needs along with scheduling our spring launch. In addition, Justin was equally accommodating with taking out our dock with a last minute request in November due to our original dock crew cancelling. The last kudo goes out to Glen who just pickedup and launched our pontoon. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and it is comforting to have a professional team of individuals you can rely on.
