“I took my sons brand new blank football jersey to another shop in town, they took it after agreeing to do the work and after we returned in the timeframe, the jersey was in a baggie and they sent us on our way and said they wouldn't touch the jersey because it was dirty, which it wasn't it was brand new. My son was bummed, we went it to Arrow and asked the guy if he could do it and asked him if it was dirty, he said no, it looks brand new. He pressed my sons name and number in the jersey within a hour. Thanks Arrow!!!! Top notch!!”
