We did a mouse pad order and Annie was really helpful. They had so many options so I decided to just call her and get her recommendation which worked out great. She even helped me place a QR code on the mousepad template so we could track user interest. The shipment arrived on time as expected. We will do business with Ideal Impressions again, A++++
