I have had several wonderful experiences at Victory Tire & Auto. They changed my license plate for me when I could not get the old one off, and they changed the battery in my key. Always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them for service.

A part of my front brake pad broke off. I brought it in that day. They gave me a ride home. Got it fixed the next day. Came back and got me. I am so appreciative.

The team at Jack’s Auto was amazing! My car broke down and they were willing and able to take care of everything for me. Although car problems are never fun/easy, I felt completely taken care of by the team!

Had trouble with our A/C ehile on vacation, there were able to get us in next business day and had it repaired by the following morning. Great service and excellent communication!

I love having my car serviced here—they are always on time with getting you in, they explain the work they are doing, and they provide a shuttle service. They check in with you a few weeks after the service to make sure things are going well with your car which was nice. Drew and his staff are great communicators too!

Traveling through town and needed a wheel bearing/hub assembly replaced. I called first thing on a Monday and they had my car (an import) fixed and on the road by lunch; friendly and helpful staff, no extra add ons or pressure to add unwanted services. They even touched base with me to insure I was happy with the repairs and had no further issues with my vehicle the following week. Throughly pleased and impressed with Jack's Auto Service.

Put filters in that didn't need replacement! Also told service writer last time not to put them in I will. He took the previous one out . This time he did it again!! Charged 117.00 for two air filters and install . WTH!! I told him the last time not to ! Un real and I know him personally!!!

Their prices are ridiculous. Shop around and save some ? update to my previous review. I did go in and get a quote from Jims Auto right down the street. they quoted me 800.00. that included the inspection, replacing both control arms and the alignment. please give them a call if you wish and they can verify. At this point I am just chalking it up as a lesson learned. I will always get at least 2 quotes going forward. On a side note there is also a charge that says fees but does not state what they are for? the 2nd thing I noticed is that they test drove my car to diagnose the issue but the mileage in and mileage out are the same . I am not looking for a refund, just for my voice to be heard.
