It was a really disappointing Experience for my make up trial. I looked so weird walking out of the salon. She only had one eyelash extension, just one so so only got to wear one eyelash. She was okay at the beginning but after, when she had her sisters came to visit and waited for her, she started rushing and forgot to clean my eyebrows. I had to ask her again to help me with my eyebrow. At the moment her sisters showed up, I felt like she didn’t pay attention anymore. Very disappointed experience.Service: Hairstyling

Tried to get blonde highlights completely fried my hair off. Was told to come get masks put in. Refused to give me my money back. I never want bleach put in my hair ever again. Worst hair experience of my life

So friendly! Got in same day, they were great with my kids! Would absolutely go back. My 10-year-old son said it was his favorite hair cut he ever had (and he really wishes he waste his time cutting his hair haha!)

WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! INCIDENT TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE. I came 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment with Bridget and let the receptionist know I was there. As I sat there waiting right behind her station, Bridget was taking others that walked in after me. I thought this was strange and kept expecting her to let me know what was going on. It wasn't until over 50 minutes later did she come to me and say "Oh, are you -----, I'm so sorry I missed your name on my schedule". Thanks to my higher power I just kept my mouth shut at that moment.
