“Great u-haul service. Cheapest propane refills in town at $16 per 20 pound tank. I have filled up to 100 pounds tank. They also sell pre-made sheds and snack. Sadly they no longer carry petrol / unleaded gas.”
“I was actively searching to replace Ferrell Gas at the beginning of 2025. Lax service, billing all over the place, little communication, no one to help.
Then I was connected with a local (Grand Rapids, MN) representative - Jodi Janecke. She listened, diagnosed issues, and gave me options to solve them. I know have consistent service, billing, and no worries.
The moral to the story is the local representatives care and can help. Avoid the corporate resources who are like most customer service organizations - neither about the customer, nor service.”
