Very friendly and timely service however I will not be returning. I needed 5 prints enlarged for an event and instead of letting me know the integrity of the print would be ruined at my size request they printed and charged me full price anyway. I was very clear that if there were any issues or questions to inform me and instead I had to track them down and was left with unusable merchandise. In all of my events, I’ve never worked with a prints store where the business didn’t confirm my request or give me a quote- I’m familiar that small towns do business differently which is exactly why I expected better!

They definitely get the job done quickly once they verify what that job is. The service is to be expected.I'm highly disappointed the refusal to wear masks during the pandemic and supporting supporting blue lives matter in their windows during the protests.But I guess that probably makes a lot of Grand Rapians happy.
