I was in an emergency situation when I needed storage and Ron’s Mini Storage returned my call promptly and were very kind and helpful. I got a unit that day and moving out experience was just as smooth and simple. Very clean and professional business. I would go back in a heartbeat!

A mistake was made with price when I changed the day of rental. When I was at the store trying to figure out why I was charged more than my contact price I experienced the most rude and condescending staff ever. No one working appeared to be over 20 years old and they all had a chip on their shoulder. I was asked " don't you have anything better to do then argue over money."I know it's tough to get good staff but really???Are these wet behind the ears jerks the best you can find. They did credit me and made me right but no one ever addressed how rude that staff is. Never again

The establishment offers what they have honestly and provided a service that I found necessary. When you need what they have go there. You may be surprised as to what they have, just call. All equipment is new and fuctional.
