About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization that regularly delivers to every residential and business address in the country. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and processes 47% of the world's mail. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as receiving other people's mail, not receiving their own mail, and not receiving important deliveries even when they are home. To address these concerns, customers suggest allowing online verification of proof of residence, as some people may have difficulty accessing physical locations.

Because everything usually is online now, they should allow verification online with our proof of residence. Some people can't get to certain places or are too busy.
