Randy was very helpful, supportive and prompt in moving data off my old computer and on to my new one. He offered his assistance all along the way as I navigate my new computer as well as Windows 11 he installed for me. He also suggested a better computer security program than what I was using and installed that also. I had heard very good things about Vidcom from my neighbor and she was right.

The man who owns place has best prices in town. Has often given me sound great advice when he made no money spending time to assist. Very intelligent kind. I refuse to go anywhere else. I have known 6 years always had time to advise me.

We've brought in an iPad mini that needed a couple things fixed and an iPhone for a screen repair. He fixed everything and was quick! Will definitely be using them again!
