I have worked with and used Books By Kelly for my personal and business taxes and accounting for 20+ years. The team at Books By Kelly is great and if they don't know the answer they will find the answer for you. They are very responsive and always go that extra mile.

I have used Books by Kelly for over 25 years. I find Kelly and staff extremely trusting, caring and friendly. I wouldn’t feel comfortable at tax time without their knowledge.

Poor communication. I think she provides a good service but I was just disappointed with the lack of response time and communication on an issue.
