This bakery offers wonderful and heart warming goods. We stopped here on our way home and loved it! Also, the staff is super nice and welcoming! Can definitely recommend.

Doughy part of long John had a texture that was much better than gas station/grocery store desserts. It was just a little lighter, almost a touch of crisp in there. It’s a superior experience to eat and sat better in my stomach. Recommended
Carl's Bakery is a From-Scratch bakery that has been operating since 1957. We offer a full line of baked goods ranging from breads, buns, fried rolls, cakes, cookies, bars, and a host of other breakfast and specialty seasonal items. We also sell farm fresh pasture-raised meats from Streblow Family Farm; which are featured in such things as our breakfast sandwiches and the variety of from-scratch soups and stews we offer on our lunch menu.
