So dirty and gross. All coffee adea looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days, the coffee was labeled wrong. The bathroom (big stall) still had poop smear on the front of it from the day before when I seen it. I did not allow my kids to get any food because a store that can't clean simple things will most definitely not clean the kitchen. Such a dirty store.

This location is disgusting and dirty. The strong smell of urine in the bathroom. Garbage all over the floor both in the bathroom and throughout the store.
The store seems to be newly remodeled or may just be a new location but there's been zero maintenance done.

Clerk guy started arguing with me when I asked a simple question, and blaming his co workers anytime he made a mistake, one lady took 3 smoke breaks from the time I went in and out from the store, and yall don’t restock, been almost 2 weeks since I seen a single drink up there, might see what the store across the street offered they seem pretty well stacked on inventory

They need to work on time management. Ordered a pizza it said it would be ready 45 minutes later. Got there, wasn’t even prepped yet and got told to wait 10 minutes. Waited 10 minutes it still wasn’t in the oven. After I said cancel it the cook shouted out its already in the oven which I could quite literally see it’s not. After which the front clerk cursed me out which then I retaliated in kind.
Glad I know the Regional manager.
Also, The employees I have witnessed there since moving to town have been under the influence of some sort or sleep deprived. Seems unsafe.
I would not recommend anything but a quick grab and go from there.

I'd give this place a much higher score just based on the Staff which most are great, especially the older people. However their corporate policies and definitely their "system" really make it frustrating as it quite literally almost never works properly, their equipment is quite often waiting to be fixed, their call "system" is also quite irritating. So nice place especially if "corporate" would but out a little bit. Again went there for breakfast items and was a pathetic excuse for, well anything so I'll wait for Hardee's to open, they had popcorn chicken out yes for breakfast but no like breakfast stuff, I get frustrated nearly every time I stop here, uuggh.

I came into the store having only 15 min to grab something to drink, as I was traveling on a Flixbus to Minneapolis. It was Thursday at 1:15 on the 1 st of August. A short lady with glass approached me, the manager, and said I need to see you paperwork for you service dog. I told her it was on the bus and legally I am not required to show it to her. I also said I only have a couple minutes I just want to grab a coke. She said no not with out showing me you paperwork. I actually did have my dog ID and travel voucher. And a print out of dr s papers. So she followed me out. I just went and got in the bus. Then I was mad so I did grab my papers and went back in and bought my coke. She waited on me. And nothing. She would not even look at me. She just took my money. I do no there are probably people with dogs they say are service dogs and are not really working dogs. But what she did was illegal. She needs to be thought the proper way to approach a person and how to treat a person with a disability.

This Casey’s was very dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting, they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. We stop here often on our way up north, we will not be stopping again.

Both the men and woman’s bathrooms were terribly filthy. It looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in week. Won’t be stopping here again.
