“I came into the store to do a return on a product, unfortunately I didn't have a receipt. The cashier however, was quick to go! through the process. Obviously she has been well trained in her job. With a slight complication on the till, she was able to contact her manager for assistance who answered the phone even while she wasn't on duty. Which in my opinion, is a very great quality, and shows great respect for her store and her employees. I was extremely impressed with how well they handled the situation and how dedicated to their team members they are! Definitely a store worth making a stop at for great customer service and satisfaction!”
