“I ordered last minute flowers over the phone to be delivered to a Celebration of Life Ceremony. I called and hung up and Jennifer promptly called me back and she was so helpful and said it would be no problem with less than 24 hours notice. As i was calling from South Carolina, she gave me great descriptions over the phone and even rang the various wind chimes so i could hear each one and she read their inscriptions. That is small town Customer Serice at it's finest!! Thank you Jennifer!!”
