Courtney is the gal who always answers the phone when I call. She is seriously THE BEST at what she does - knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. I cannot imagine working with someone better at customer service! She has made my experience as a new fitness center manager a breeze. Very grateful for this company and their staff!

The National Independent Health Club Association (NIHCA) works with insurance providers, employer groups and incentive programs that offer a fitness and wellness benefit. We are the clearinghouse that allows individual fitness centers the opportunity to take advantage of these great fitness incentive programs.
The National Independent Health Club Association, a non-profit organization, was created to represent independent fitness centers across the nation, and work with insurance providers and employer groups on existing or new health management programs.
