“On our way to visit family in Sioux Falls when our serpentine belt snapped just outside granite falls. We managed to limp the vehicle into town and called up DHT. It was after hours but Andy still told us we could stop by and he’d take a look.
Once we figured out the problem, he ordered up a new part to arrive in the morning, gave us a lift to a nearby motel, fixed our car up first thing in the morning, and gave us a ride back to the shop after. Can’t describe how much he helped us out of a tight jam.”
