Contacted UPS customer support due to a incorrect address, tried to modify the address even after giving all the correct information and tracking number, they said it was beyond their control and they cannot change the shipping address. Tried to contact UPS which was local in my town, after calling during the business hours making numerous attempts still no answer just an automated service. So the following day I had to go down there in person which they're only open from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Why is this the only window? You only got one hour?!!? They did hold my package for me to pick up in person, but this was all a major inconvenience. As long as I have all the correct information it should have been no problem to modify the shipping address, why do things have to be so difficult?!!? All this for $60 pair of shoes from vans... ?? Also : if you order anything from vans they will tell you they can't modify the address themselves, they will tell you that they will have to cancel your order the refund your money and then you have to place your order again. Even after they told me they canceled my order that was a lie and they shipped it out anyway, I should have got that guy's name.

My wife's medical supplies were not only delivered to the wrong address but left out in the rain. Thanks to my neighbor for making the delivery and thanks to UPS for their concern.

I have paid for overnight delivery on an important part for my business. I have lost thousands of dollars waiting for this part. It's been two days with no delivery. Checked with UPS, and they stated driver could not find the address. I've been receiving packages all week long from UPS. How can it be possible the driver can't find my address. I'm outside of the customer center, and they do not open till 5pm. Customer care informed me they have sent an urgent message to Granite Falls to inform them to give me my package. They said to keep your phone handy. I've been waiting and nothing. These people don't care who does business with them. They definitely don't care how much money you lose due to their negligence. This is unacceptable! I will think twice about doing business with them again!

Granite falls ups sucks. They don’t knock and been trying to get a package from the office but it’s on the truck. Now they are returning it. You can’t talk to anyone.

Granite falls UPS “POOR service”It’s so uncomfortable to use UPS service. There is no customer service until 5 p.m., and even then they are ineffective.How can you say you tried to deliver when a building entrance was locked and they are proud to say they don't call customers for delivery? So how do you expect us to know you're attempting to deliver? This is infuriating because I called Ups and said I'd be home waiting for my package, and they stated they attempted to deliver it. This is complete nonsense. How do I know you’re outside.

Not super happy that I was notified that my package was out for delivery from the Granite Falls, MN location only to discover that for some reason it had been re-routed to Baltimore, MD. How does something like this happen? Do better.

Fruit left outside front door in -8 degree weather. No knock on door. Arrived at 6:06 pm after being on truck since around 9 am. Very frustrating!

Worst experience ever! The delivery driver doesn’t drop the items and will mark as recipient is not home. It has happened to me 3 times I also contacted UPS about it but they do not seem to care. I was home all the time and the UPS never came but when I checked my status online it says I was not home. They do not care about your packages and has customer service hours from 5 to 6 only. The driver will not deliver your package at all and your items will be shipped back to the seller. Do not use this Please!!!
