“I bought this scamp 19 in September 2024. Went to the factory and picked it up. My salesman Steve was great and the purchase process was hassle free. Of all the rvs I’ve had this one is the best quality and is great. We did have some warranty issues pop up and but Matt in the parts department took great care of us. I felt he did everything in his power to get my issues resolved and provided excellent customer support. “I was referred to Northlakes to have a couple cracks in the transom of my john boat welded. Nick took care of it, and warned me that it was only temporary, and likely to re-crack after a while. He was correct, and the weight of my motor caused the welds to break after about a year. He mentioned at the time of the repair that a more substantial repair would be necessary to make it hold up. I took the boat back in, and he evaluated and indicated the time involved could push the repairs to around $1000 possibly. I wasn't willing to invest that much, so asked him to just re-weld the cracks to get me through the season. When I went to pick the boat up, he had welded the cracks, and graciously did not charge me. Thank you, Northlakes!”
