A first time customer. They did a great job fixing the cabins 30 plus year old generally neglected lawn tractor. Tightened up the steering, fixed the brake/clutch and sharpened the blades. Price was very reasonable.

Have used Birch Lake for many years to fix everything from log splitter engines to lawnmowers to power washers. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced!

This is the first time I've been to Birch Lake S.E.R. I took my snow blower there for service. The people there were very friendly. I'm hoping they do a good job. I will update at a later time.

Crappy customer service. I talked to a young guy on Monday who promised to get to my 4 wheeler in at the end of the week to work on it. I called today, Thursday, to drop it off tomorrow and the owner said " we don't guarantee any time lines just bring it in and we will try to get to it in the next few weeks " I told him I was promised it would be started tomorrow and he said " no one here would ever do that and if you can't wait at least 2 weeks go somewhere else ". I will go somewhere else and never patronize this place.
