Received my queen bee on time, however the post office killed her en route.
Called manlake and spoke to Heather who was so very understanding, cheerful and helpful. WOW, What service from such a great company.
The world still has some understanding people who know what service to the customer is.
Sure hope it rubs off on the rest of country.
Again THANK YOU HEATHER, keep up doing what you do!

I ordered 7 boxes of 12 oz glass skep jars. Upon receipt 4-5 jars were shattered in each box. There was barely any packaging in the extra large box they shipped them in. They refuse to remedy the situation. I've ordered the same jars for years from Dadant & Sons, never one issue with broken jars. I decided to order from Mann Lake because they are in MN. Big mistake. I will no longer purchase any items from Mann Lake. Awful service and products. Would have given zero stars, if allowed.

Would not recommend this company or getting bees shipped. Shipping dates changed multiple times. There was no flexibility for a refund when I was not able to make it to the post office the third time they changed arrival date.

Thanks for all the wood you gave away to the communities around Hiram 1, my Grandpa Donald Curo would gather full load of bee box Scraps and bring them back to the property for a small Bon fire every night for us kids, Great times. We were also there for The Community picnic/bbq back in the day, all good!

I just recently placed my first and most likely last order with Mann Lake. I had seen in many videos that their molds are pre cut and with each candle mold they state most of the molds are precut. Out of the seven molds purchased, none of molds were pre cut as advised. Although, the Angel mold appeared to be slightly cut at the top, when I tried to appropriately open further it started to tear and rip. I called customer service and although they were nice they just told me to cut them myself and buy my own rubber bands for the ones I should have received.For many a $360 investment is no big deal for many, for me this was not easy. As a complete novice concerned with getting the longest life of the molds ripping and cutting the molds without previous working knowledge and experience is concerning thinking mistakes could unfortunately cost me usability life.The Customer Experience is not limited to order or phone service, is requires delivering a product as offered to ensure success, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Both nucs that we bought did not make it. One was mostly dead after arrival (which was refunded instead of replaced) and the 2nd the Queen was dead by the one month mark, (they won't do anything about it even though a nuc is quote expensive) and it came with hive beetles. Don't spend your money here, buy locally.

Poor customer service. It seemed no one could be bothered to take a $20,000 order. Tried to place an order on Black Friday (11/26), but there were pending questions and I understandably had to wait a few days for an answer. It was difficult getting in contact with my salesperson and after a week I told him I didn’t want to lose the sale pricing and was reassured he ‘had my back’. I tried placing the order with other salespeople too. Each of them told me it was a complicated order and it was better if I spoke to my original salesperson. By the second week of December, I still couldn’t place the order and my salesperson who ‘had my back’ said his supervisor (Neil) had told him it was too late to get the sale discount. I tried to escalate it, but I was repeatedly sent back to try and talk to Neil who never bothered to call me back. It is now 12/15 and still haven’t completed the sale I was eagerly ready to make on 11/26. But all ended well. I called Dadant and was told they were very happy to get my business whether it was $2 or $20,000.Dadant’s prices were less expensive on the majority of the items. Mann Lake lost my business permanently. I’m not a huge client, maybe $4-$8,000 a year, but they’ve lost that and the $20,000 sale. I hope it was worth it Neil.

I joined the Mann Lake team approximately 7 months ago and we are putting systems in place to improve the customer experience which includes quality products and services and creating a great work environment.
