I have had two outstanding experiences with Caliber Collision in Ham Lake, MN. I brought my van in for what I thought might be a bigger repair due to a scratch, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They fit me in right away — no waiting, no hassle — and took care of the issue quickly and professionally.
Their customer service was top-notch, and their reaction time and communication were exceptional. Best of all, they completed the job beautifully and at minimal cost to me. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality, honesty, and efficiency like this one.
I’d absolutely recommend Caliber Collision Ham Lake to anyone needing auto body work. Five stars all the way!

Caliber did a great job with our truck. Estimate was accurate and the job was done within the time frame given. Yuepheng was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He called and texted regular updates. I would definitely use them again.

I brought in my 2019 Honda Ridgeline for some body work. It was a great experience. Edy was awesome to work with, there was constant communication everyday about how things were moving along. They even cleaned my truck from the inside and out. I definitely will be going back or more work and will recommend to my family and friends.
