There was an issue with the parts sent to me which was only visible in bright sunlight. I was able to take pictures to show the defect and then emailed them to ALTEC. I spoke to Matt who after looking at the pictures refunded my purchase amount immediately!! Great customer service - thank you Matt!!

I have purchased license plate frames made by Altec Products for decades. Every one of my vehicles has one of their frames! Why? They are SOLID and great looking, from the Chrome to the Black (and if you want to go 80's there's even a gold option : ) I highly recommend them and won't buy anything else.
