An excellent environment (coaches, teammates, other parents) that has continued to help build confidence, and interpersonal relationships, all while fostering their athleticism and the art of dance. Our initial introduction to Jam Hops was in 2014 for kids gymnastics, then we took a break and returned in 2018 for recreational dance. We’ve since gone in all out with two kids doing full-on completion dance because of the positive experiences all around.

After switching around looking for what was right for us we settled on JHDCo after 8 years across four studios. We had taken gymnastics, summer camps, done birthdays there but never dance. We were very pleased with both the tween rec and the competition level classes. Teachers are great and involved. All dancers are usually spotlighted in some way with their talents during routines. We like they allow dancer to have life outside of dance. Dancers are allowed to do school events, dance team, other sports, family vacations..etc. It makes a nice balance. The new addition should help with the issues of limited space for both dance and gymnastics. We are happy to be in the Jamily.

We love Jam Hops! My son and daughter have been in many different classes/levels over the last 15 years and have enjoyed each and every one. They’ve been in parent/tot, beginner, intermediate, advanced, boys, homeschool, ninja, and all the way up to XCEL Platinum. Jam hops has been a huge part of their lives and I’m thankful for the positive experiences they’ve had there.

Our family loves Jam Hops! We have been going here for 6 years and have loved everything it has to offer. I cannot say enough amazing things about the dance teachers and how wonderful they are with my daughters. Such a great program, couldn’t imagine what we would do without our Jamily!

My daughter loves jam hops. The Ham lake location is where she practices. Her skills improved a lot since she started there. The coaches helped her develop self confidence. They are consistent and dedicated. They deserve to be recommended for how professional they are.

Great gymnastics club, coaches and staff! They really care about the growth and success of each athlete on a personal level. Jam Hops goes above and beyond to support their athletes, families and the community! Thank you for all of the wonderful experiences we’ve had over the years!

There's a lot to like about JamHops, and what they do, but our family ultimately decided that their prek gymnastics class didn't offer enough benefit for the money; in particular, their teaching style didn't seem focused or structured, so we felt their students drifted through their stations without learning new skills or improving their technique. So we definitely prefer the teaching style at Foss: it's focused, fun, and technique centered and they talk to every single parent after each lesson. That said, we'll go back to JamHops, or another gymnastics school, when our daughter is older and can more independently find her own success.response to response: I don't think we ever saw the skill cards, we only saw the coloring sheets. If your prek skill cards are on your website, or featured in your YouTube videos, please let us know.a note about our research: We did a google search and, based on your website, skill cards get updated "every two months" and somebody at JamHops thought they got updated quarterly. At Foss, for example, parents get weekly feedback and families can attend "once a week clinics" (at no additional cost) to get realtime feedback from a certified swim coach. In our case, it would have been nice to know which skills were being taught each week so we could review them at home. I should mention: I asked the person at the front desk if they had videos on YouTube for each skill and she said (paraphrased) "we're working on that; it takes resources away from other things."

We love our gym!! It’s hands down the best trainers, best programming, pretty great music, and it’s a community! You become accountable not only to yourself but the friends you make in class!

I'm really a fan of Jam Hops. They have given my son a place to grow and try new things. He's getting constructive criticism and developing his skills. I love the equipment, the staff, and the location. If your children are interested in gymnastics, this is a great place. They also have dance and ninja warrior stuff, but my kids aren't participating in that, so I can't speak to it, except that if they do it as well as they manage gymnastics, it's worth a go.

We love jamming babies. The only complaint really is that only going down to the trampolines every other week is hard for kids that young. The weeks they don't get to go to the Trampoline and foam pit the last 10-15 minutes of class are basically wasted time because they are completely over the area they have been in and have no interest in those same activities anymore. That is kind of disappointing as we can run around and do nothing at home. If you could come up with a new activity to fill that time every other week we really wouldn't have any negatives.

Signed up online for a birthday party and answered all the questions. Paid online as well. When I got here they told me that I cant get in because I'm a few months over 18 years old, which they didn't check for before taking my money and not letting me participate with the rest of my friends. Go anywhere else but here, absolutely awful service with no offer to help.
