the man I talked to on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, but when I went into the store, there was an older lady there who had an incredibly bad attitude, bark orders at me and just had a very condescending tone, instantly made me feel really bad and uncomfortable, grabbed my stuff and walked out pretty much instantly. I don't know who she is, but she shouldn't be working customer service

I use them all the time. They meet every deadline and are always taking an interest that I get what I want. They even have caught mistakes in my print jobs that I did not see when I simply requested printing they went above and beyond to make it right!!!!
