Have used them for 5 years storing my boat for the summer. Never had a problem. Their office manager Megan is awesome. Very accommodating in getting my boat when I called late in the season. Let me know when a storm had torn the cover. I will continue to use them.

I couldn't find the place right away ,they were up and above there to help me !! No waiting for a call back ,they answered right away!!very impressed. Highly recommend!!

Rented here for almost 5 years and never had any issues. Customer service was always great and very helpful when I first decided to rent on choosing the best unit for my needs. Easy to reach if needed anything, quick response. Definitely recommend renting here.

Rented here for about 4 years and never had any issues. Customer service was always great and very helpful when I first decided to rent on choosing the best unit for my needs. I was always kept up to date with any work being done on site (re-paving etc.) and my unit never showed signs of pests or bugs which was great. Definitely recommend renting here.

RENTED FROM NORTH METRO FOR ABOUT 3 YRS SO FAR. BEST
CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULD IMAGINE. WHEN I NEEDED TO UPGRADE TO A LARGER UNIT IT WAS EASY AS PIE. AUTO PAY WAS FLAWLESS. WHEN I CLEANED OUT 1 OF MY UNITS, I HAD A BENCH THAT I COULDNT MOVE. MEGAN TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME NO CHARGE!! MY FAMILY STILL HAS A UNIT THERE AND I INTEND ON SEEKING THEIR SERVICE IF I EVER NEED STORAGE AGAIN. CLEAN AND SECURE AS WELL.

I rented a storage unit for over a year and had fabulous experience. Things are clean, neat and tidy. They are always on top of things. a few times I forgot my code and Megan text me it in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend metro storage and Megan is wonderful. Thank you Megan.

I just finished out renting a storage unit for my home move and am very happy with the facility and service they provided. They are lower cost per month than any others I could find. I moved out yesterday and was amazed this morning when I received an email from them confirming they had closed out my account. I didn't even have to call them. How do you beat that!

This is a good facility with nice staff and is more reasonably priced compared to other locations. My family has used this as our main storage facility for years and have been very happy.

Do NOT use this facility. The 5 star review must be from YEARS ago. Megan in the office is terrible. Has a terrible attitude and could really use some training in Customer Service. If her family didn't own the place, she would be fired!
