Mike, the manager took care of the problem immediately and personally delivered the missing paint to the building and hauled away the extra paint I didn’t order. “My first time at this SW location, two staff members were present and extremely helpful. I came looking for vinyl safe painting samples/options, although they didn’t have physical samples they made calls and were able to direct me to a location that had the samples. Ended up just choosing the paint color from the online website, as I don’t want to drive. The paint quality was superb and well worth the price tag.”

“I been going to True Value since I moved out here since 2016. I was scrolling through the reviews and found myself disheartened to see some of the comments.From the younger staff, to the Owner I have nothing but Amazing experiences you would never get at Menards, Lows or Home Depo. I am always asked every single time if I can be helped when I walk through the door, most times I know exactly where to go. The occasional times like today, I explained my issue to the Owner and also brought the hardware to make sure we got all the right sizes. 15min later digging in every single box it could possibly be in or not in. I left successfully with exactly what I needed and a good time watching his Brain work to find what I need.As I said this before to every single worker there. Of course I will be back for the next small thing that breaks in my home. If I can get here instead, I always will.”
