Everything is FRESH! I'm amazed by everything I try. The buffalo Bleu cheese bratwurst are wild, honey BBQ beef sticks that will make you crave another until they are gone and the steaks are beyond anything I've tasted before. I only get my meats from here from now on. Support local.

Wonderful Staff! Pam and Brittany are a joy.As for the processing !!! A-1 service. Quality cuts. Being carnivore they add fat to my hamburger to make sure I have the best tasting 70% burger. My wife who is a steak lover enjoys her rib eyes cut to perfection.
