I have used them for years. Lately they don't provide clarity in their pricing structure, and seems significantly overpriced, which you discover only after you receive the invoices. They get offended when you ask for clarifications and they argue with you. Finally I paid them what they wanted to continue the relationship. But then they stopped responding to our more than 10 texts and voicemails. Highly overpriced and non-responsive. Now we stopped using them for both of our companies. Sad to see such a decline in management.

Rts is the best HVAC company in the upper Midwest. Brad and his team has made our business cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The technicians are professional and knowledgeable in all areas. They communicate with us with every visit. Which is commendable to say the least.
Always answers and is fast turn Around from the time I call, to the diagnosis, to the fix. Everyone on this team is professional and a master in this field.
From coolers, heaters, walk in freezer and coolers. And all the in betweens.
This guy is the guy I would highly recommend.

We had RTS out to look at our furnace that wasn't cooling properly at my office condo in Medina. They were prompt, service tech was excellent and explained everything. Getting before and after pictures back as part of the process was great. I recommend the company very highly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable!

RTS Mechanical is a top notch company. They are honest and don't oversell you to get the highest commissions. They look for long-term clients and build relationships. They've serviced our HVAC system for the past 12 years and have always given me the options straight. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
