Even when my 40' Horse trailer and 1 ton dually needed help, I called them because I knew what great service they provide. “The staff at Pro-Tech were super friendly and prices were very affordable. I was able to get a loaner car for the time my car was being worked on; it may not have been anything super fancy, but it got me to and from work while they were doing work on my vehicle and that's all that matters to me. They're honest, have very reasonable prices, and are very good at answering questions.The location is nice since it's away from major traffic, but their signage is lacking due to the location. “My brother-in-law recommended we bring our 2005 Subaru Outback to Tommy's for a strut fix. They were super honest and since we are going to let our elderly mother and father-in-law, we wanted to have them check it out and ensure it was safe.They listed some stuff that could be fixed, but unlike the dealership, they didn't have any pressure.The car drives like it did before the strut issue and Tommy was actually at the desk when we picked it up. Super cool guy and seemed super honest, what more do you want in a car guy?We will be back often. They are right across the street from a NAPA auto part place, which probably helps!”

“I had gotten my vehicle impounded by Edina PD whilst taking care of outstanding warrants I had. After getting out and trying everything possible to get the money to get my car out it just ended up being too much (over 1,000$). I called them up just to see if I could get my belongings from my vehicle and told them I just couldn’t come up with the money, and to my surprise they offered to let me come get my car for only 400$, and gave me a few days of room. Little do they know I just found out I am pregnant and have been SO upset and anxious about not having my vehicle. You truly do not know what someone is going through and this company’s kindness went a long way. Thank you for your customer service skills that is sadly so rare these days. You guys made my YEAR.”

“This place is family owned and has been there forever. There's something to be said about a business that's been there forever including many of its employees. They offer full service gas too if you need it. They also have honest, knowledgeable folks who work there and were quickly able to help me with filling my coolant reservoir and diagnosing that I likely have a problem (water pump). If my car wasn't under warranty I'd likely use them to do the repair work too. It's a true service station different than most convenience gas stations today. I highly recommend!”

“I highly recommend David at Boulevard Sinclair. I have an older Corvette that I've had him work on. The first time that I took it to him, it was leaking a considerable amount of antifreeze. I called David and explained the situation. Even though I was a new customer, and wouldn't be able to get my car to him with AAA until after 6pm, he told me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he would wait for me. Sure enough I followed AAA and he was there waiting for me at his shop. The next day, he called me and told that the repairs were made. The repairs, fortunately, were minor, very affordable and have held up very well. I took it back to him for a noise/cable issue in the steering column. While I was told elsewhere that the cable needed to be replaced, David diagnosed the issue and was able to work with the old cable and fix the issue/noise. Again, the repair worked, was very affordable, and was done within a day. In my experience, I will continue to use David at Boulevard Sinclair for any repairs, and general maintenance on my vehicles and would recommend him to everyone. He's very knowledgeable, affordable and gets the work done efficiently.Services: Steering/Suspension”

“Needed our car towed from our house to the shop. Jeff from Frankie’s called to let us know he was on his way. We have a tight turn long driveway, and Jeff walked up the driveway to plan out how to get up and down. I appreciated him making sure he didn’t drive over the grass. He was friendly with my kids watching him load up the car. And he texted me to let me know the car was unloaded and at the shop. Would highly recommend”
