They installed the wrong carpet. They acknowledged it was their mistake and asked how they could make it right. I initially explained what my expectation was and was even willing to negotiate those terms. After several weeks of leaving messages and even stopping by the store they have stopped all communication with me. There has been no resolution and I am extremely disappointed. I believe in doing business with a small business like Hanover Flooring but I cannot recommend them to others.
Update date from original review. I hired an attorney and sent a certified demand letter and still no response!

Bob and his team did an amazing job on our carpet install. Very easy to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. They were great!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hanover Flooring has a variety of quality products to choose from so it was easy to find what we wanted for carpeting and future plans for kitchen flooring. They are easy to work with and made scheduling a very simple process. The carpet installer was absolutely awesome and very experienced. The job was done quickly and on our timeline. I would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with Hanover Flooring.
We had a mishap and the carpet needed replacing/repairing.
Nick was the person who helped us.
He prioritized our small project and was able to expertly complete the project.
Looks great. I would definitely recommend them and I am happy to use them again.
Lastly, the charges were more than reasonable.

Highly recommend Hanover Flooring! The floors look fantastic. Working with Sam and the owner, Bob when making our purchase went smoothly. Nick and ? (didn't catch his name : ( did an awesome job installing. Very happy with the work.

We used Hanover Flooring when we lived in Hanover. Our experience was so positive that although we moved to a neighboring city, we still keep coming back with our flooring needs. What we like in Bob’s way of operating is his kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy business. Also, it seems that his pricing is competitive and that means much in these bigger purchases.

I highly recommend Hanover Flooring for all flooring and counter top needs. I have used them for flooring projects at 3 residences in the past 5 years and have been very happy. Most recently, I had all of the flooring replaced in my townhome and will have them replace my kitchen and 2 bathroom counters in January. The owner Bob is great to work with. He and his crew paid attention to many details including several improvements and fixes that were both helpful and necessary: removing unnecessary outlets, plumbing fixes, replacing bad trim work, bringing appliance hookups up to code, etc. Both the plumber and electrician he uses were great to work with; I was able to ask them to do a few extra things for me as well. Bob responded to my emails and calls, answering all of my questions and requests. They worked with my timing, everything was primarily on time and I was notified when there were a couple of slight delays.

This review is long overdue. Our experience with Hanover Flooring is 5 stars. We stopped in at the store for a visit early 2022 and we received a tour from the owner. The owner took extensive time explaining the different options and showing us samples, which was great! We loved the one-on-one with him and we could tell he cared about answering our questions and making sure we made the right choice. He then sent us home with many samples, which was extremely helpful in making our decision. From our first step into the store, we knew Hanover Flooring was for us! The owner kindly worked with us and ensured we were happy with a purchase. I would highly recommend Hanover Flooring. We love the TRENDS Chardonnay Scratch Shield LVP flooring we chose! It's beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Hanover Flooring!

I hired Hanover Flooring to tear out my carpet and install a vinyl floor in my living and dining room in April 2023. Bob was very professional and helpful from the start and helped us pick out the color and style of flooring that would work best in our home. The installation was on time and the outcome was beautiful. Their attention to detail and trimming were fantastic. Bob and his team were a joy to work with and I highly recommend them.
