Had dinner here after the antique mall last night. It was amazing! Probably one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. The shoestring fries were great as well. Skipped getting a drink because of my long drive back home but the bar looked to have a great selection available and the ambiance of the place was so fun. Lisa my waitress was the best and very attentive to the customers. Chef's kiss to the grill master! I wish I would have snapped a pic but I guess you'll just have to stop in and see for your self instead.

Lisa was an absolute delight and made our first experience wonderful. The food was all done to perfection and it all was delicious. Her pizza crusts are made by hand by Lisa and her husband makes the sauce and seasoned meats! They were amazing! One of the better dining experiences we have had recently!

This was our first time here. We love to support local businesses. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! The owners are friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. The bread, pizza crust, and sauces are all homemade! We will definitely be back.

Mediocre food very greasy. Not clean and got a stomachache after. Also there is an older heavyset man working there very unpleasant yelling and making a ruckus. Not professional!

Our family of seven walked in for dinner one evening. The entire bar was open for seating and there was available seating for our group. The owner Miles barked at us & told us he had no seating for us and to go next door to another restaurant where there is seating. He is an extremely rude and obnoxious man . Apparently he did not want or need our business and we will never return. We are locals. We were told about his obnoxious behavior and he has a reputation of yelling at customers, yelling & fighting with his wife in his establishment, overcharging / padding customers drink checks and kicking people out of his place for little reason. We have avoided this place because if his behavior and thought we would give his place a chance. Obviously we were wrong. This guy can go back to the town he came from. Don’t need the likes of him tainting and spewing his anger towards anyone in our friendly small community.

Recently moved to the area and was excited to see that this place was wheelchair accessible as I am wheelchair bound. Congratulations on this business for being accessible for all customers although they do need more Table space.. that are lower tables. I am Co-Founder of a nonprofit organization called pawsome Adventures that helps businesses become more accessible for their customers with disabilities. I would be happy to talk to the owner if He or she were to reach out.

The pizza was really good. I'm not a crust guy, but this crust was amazing. Lite and flakey. Cheese curds were good, but that pizza was wow.

Good food, skilled staff, nice facility. Tried the cheeseburger, cheese curds, mushroom soup, and a beer. Everything was prepared well. Experience was cordial.Years ago, the cheesecurds here were the best I ever tasted. They are different now, but good.I understand the challenge and necessity for the establishment to make a profit, and some balance could help with that. A small-town business can further thrive by cultivating a healthy relationship with its community. For example, if a two-dollar additional charge to have cheese on a burger deters many customers from returning, perhaps that is a hindrance to profit. The subtle traits of above-average starting prices, numerous additional charges, limited menu options, and below-average portion sizes all add up to deter some customers from making regular visits, who instead eat elsewhere where they feel more generously received. However, the high-quality food, ambiance, service, (and name) of On the Cruncy Side deserve great business, so I hope some more balance can help with that.Overall, I have a positive impression of the bar-and-eatery, and would be happy to see it reap the benefits of its full potential. Tasty!
