We had the most amazing experience with KNH!
We live in SE MN and were on our way Up North on New Year’s Day when the transmission started to fail. While limping to the next exit, we found KNH and noticed the great reviews on Google. We parked there and called a friend who lived in the area. They graciously offered to lend us a car for the continuation of our trip. They also put us in contact with Mitchell, the owner of KNH.
He listened to our story and told us to leave the car, drop the keys, and he would check it out in the morning. On Thursday he informed us that our transmission needed to be replaced. He contacted a local transmission shop to request a quote and availability.
Amazingly, between the two of them, they removed, overhauled, and reinstalled the transmission, having it ready for us to pick up Saturday.
We really believe that God was in the details considering that we were out of our home territory, in an easy position to be taken advantage of, yet having friends in the area who were willing and able to help us.
Mitchell was kind, honest, and accommodating when we were vulnerable. On our way home and four hours later, the car is running beautifully! I cannot recommend this place enough!

This shop saved me money like no other down to earth mechanics there’s just so much that can be said about this shop hands-down the best customer service I have ever experienced at a mechanic shop. I recommend everybody go to this shop. 🙌🎉

Can't praise this place enough! I've been here twice:
The first time I brought in my car to have several major repairs done, and he charged about half of what other places were quoting. So grateful!
The second time, I had to leave the next morning to get to an out-of-state funeral, but my car wheels were making a loud humming noise, and I urgently needed those fixed first.
So I called KNH Auto, and they took it in, checked it out, and fixed the problem in less than a day!!! Mitch was honest and more than fair on the price. The car is completely quiet now (turned out to be a wheel bearing). I was SO relieved!!!!! I will definitely be going back.

Mitch and his team are amazing! He knew we were on a tight schedule. He got the problem diagnosed and parts ordered asap. Even found an additional issue while he was fixing the main problem (lifters), called my husband to get the ok to fix the additional issue or leave it (if that was our choice) and believe me my husband was more than happy to have KNH deal with it instead of himself lol! Anyone looking for car repair should definitely give Mitch and his team at KNH auto a chance to prove how awesome they are!!!!! Thank you for all your hard work

We had a great experience bringing in our Trans Am. We only drive it seasonally to shows and after almost 30 years it needed some original seals replaced just about everywhere! Mitch and Jake took great care and accommodated our demanding requirements. They had to pull the motor and it a took a little bit to track down all the parts needed so she was in their care for a couple weeks. They went above and beyond and even sent an occasional photo letting us know our car was safe and sound in the shop and to update progress! Our experience was great! They talked us through all the repairs, had very fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
