I just had the nicest experience making business with lance. I will give them 5 stars because of the professional way they carried their business. Nice communication, they delivered my product ahead of time and the craftsmanship excellent. I will go back in the future for sure!

Wish I could leave zero stars. I have a 60's farmall cub that I needed an oil pan gasket, alternator belt, and a fan belt. I thought I could call a reputable implement shop so I didn't need to do any research and order the belts online myself. I thought I could trust a small business. They gave me the incorrect belt the first time I came. After that I did my research and told them to order me a 23" belt. They called me and said it came in and they had a 27" belt and told me to try it. As per expected it was too long. I called and told them to order a new belt that was 23" and they called back and said they had it... it was a 25" belt that was once again too long. After way too many trips back and forth just for them the continue to give me the wrong belt. I am 22 years old and they have treated me like I am an infant. They have shown me no respect and talk to me like I am brain dead. I will never do business with them again.

I don't normally write reviews, but right now you are taking the time to vet and research this company, and if I can give you advice I am telling you to run as far away from this company as fast as you can. Literally the worst experience I have ever had purchasing equipment. These are expensive ticket items that effect the overall performance of your company, and the people at Larson are not equipped to help you succeed. Best of luck to you.

**Buyer Beware** do not buy from this shady dealer. We purchased a 938 for over 83,000 and it is a Lemon. As soon as it came from off of the lowboy it wouldn't go into gear. The gentleman who sold it to us (Paul), who sounds like he was intoxicated, told us there was nothing that they would do. Buy at your own risk.

We purchased a Kodiak 5500 with a crane from Lance and had a great experience. He was honest about the truck from the first time I spoke to him on the phone. The truck ended up being even nicer than I expected. He even stayed late on a Saturday for us. I would buy from them again.

Strike one low balled me when I asked about the value of my tractor. Strike two I was mowing hay and my steering cylinder broke and I needed one that day to finish so I bought one from them for $200 only to have it's seals break 4 hours later even worse then my original cylinder. Strike three I needed a bracket for my plow and the parts man had to ask his boss on the price so he came back and said $250!! I politely declined and left and called 3 other places and was told if they had it the prices ranged from $80-100 Have fun selling your rusty plow parts for scrap price when I was there ready to hand you a hundred dollar bill. You guys don't deserve a 4th try sorry I will take my business elsewhere
