Consistently send packages back to sender refuse to deliver without a PO box number even though they have the address on file with other mail marked correctly will NOT offer a mailbox to avoid such things don't stay open late enough for regular blue collar workers who can't drive from the cities to Harris and make it by 430 pm don't pull in at 4:27 pm they'll already be closed . Absolutely pissed with them USPS should do a review of their work

Hours on website are wrong. They take lunch from 12:00-1:30. They do not deliver packages other than what fits in mailbox. Staff very friendly.

They will NOT deliver packages if it doesn't fit in your mailbox! They told me the only way to get my packages is if I put a tote by my mailbox... ok, what if someone steals my stuff? I can't see my box from my house... but I put it down there anyway and I still can't get them to deliver. Also, all of my packages are getting marked "Customer requests hold at post office" I've never requested that!!!! So frustrating! I've complained through USPS and the same person replied saying now that the roads and driveways are plowed .. that was never an issue!!! Just please deliver my things!! This is an ongoing issue I've had on and off for YEARS!

We have always received great service. Our carrier even goes back and picks up packages that UPS dropped off and delivers them same day! Thank you!

Never deliver packages and sit in the back and talk bad about people. Plus, they close for 1 1/2 hours in the middle of the day-the most convenient time of the day to pick up mail. Never have I had a postal clerk treat people so rude.
