I called first to see if they took walk-ins. Yes they did. I asked what time would be good to come in which I was given a 1 o’clock time. The gentleman who was assigned to me was a new person who was learning the routine…that I figured out while doing the pedicure. While I like my finished nails and toes, I don’t feel I receive the same quality care that others in the salon received. There was another lady who walked in after me without an appointment and received better treatment. I feel my session was rushed and I was only partially given what I asked for. No callous removal, no foot massage, no soaking of my nails in water. During the manicure, he did not even lay a towel down so I was constantly laying my arms in the gritty particles from smoothing my nails. It seemed they were trying to tell him the steps but most just ignored his lack of attentiveness. I think they are quality people in the shop who do a great job….just wish I had gotten one of them. I didn’t like being a guinea pig for the new guy.

i love it here!! it’s so relaxing and you can tell they genuinely take time on your nails and they care about the end result. everyone was so welcoming and nice i didn’t even have an appointment they squeezed me in right away! and my nails look EXACTLY like my inspo pic!!

FIRST AND LAST the time I came to Anna Nails disappointed in their work first I asked for a manicure and a pedicure first after the pedicure they informed me that they weren't able to do a set on my toes were to short after they said that they could so skipped that and after asked for a short French tip design after they start and had already laid the acrylic they want to say that these nails are long and it’s extra for the design when they never mentioned anything about that when I showed them what I wanted if they had I would not have been okay with that and all well I was clearly irritated I kept getting knicked with the file and after it all I left with an extremely uneven set and with acrylic and polish all over my fingers and hands also negative $256 for poor service and even poorer performance -10/10 do not recommend to go here

I've been a loyal customer for 3 years here. I've always made appointments, arrived on time to my appointments and always left a 20% or better tip but I'm done. I've given this place too many chances. Today, I showed up to my 11am appointment for new set and design. When I walked in, there were 4 ladies waiting already, someone getting their nails done and only 1 tech. Half the salon is dark. As I'm waiting, 2 tech show up, late. They are late to a 5 person booked time slot. Double booking themselves and being short staffed has been a growing problem here. I've been asked multiple times to reschedule an appointment I've had standing for 2, if not more, days. I'm a night shifter, who is a mother of a special needs toddler, with a husband who works 12 hour shifts, I don't have a lot of spare time so when I schedule something, I have to really plan it out. Also, this place is quite disappointing in their skills with designs and magnetic polish. They just want to do basic tips and solid colors. Tien and Ricky are best for designs there. Ricky left.
