I am not one to leave a bad review based on a single experience. My wife and I gave this Applebees 3 chances before deciding to never return. There is only one single redeeming quality about this place, and that is the manager we spoke with on our second visit. The service is awful. From wait staff who obviously dont care, to no refills, to incorrect orders, everything about the service was awful on all 3 visits. Unfortunately, the food is even worse. I typically order wings and salad. I ordered a caeser side salad to start, with no croutons (so lettuce and dressing) and it took over 30 minutes for that and came out with my wings. Wings were so dried out from sitting in the kitchen, I almost choked on them. You can also frequently hear yelling from the kitchen. By far the worst Applebees I have been to, ever. Take your money elsewhere

Came in waited to be seated. Hostess had to find menus, was able to find 2 (there was 3 of us). Waited another 7-10 minutes for drink orders to be taken. We had enough time to decide what we wanted for our food so we order drinks and food at the same time. About 1.5 minutes after putting in our food order, I was abruptly told no pasta items, they had a rush earlier and everything is grayed out for that section.. Great. Back to the menu for a new food choice. I let waitress know to please go ahead and put in food for the other 2 parties. I'll look and let you know.Ordered my 2nd (unwanted choice) then about 3-4 minutes later 2 of our 3 drinks came. Waited another 8-10 minutes and finally the 3rd drink came along with my meal?!? Sent out as an appetizer versus the meal option.. We waited another 35-40 minutes for our remaining food. Was "warm" at best and My son's food was ordered PLAIN, this was made VERY clear that it needs to be the bun, chicken and only cheese. But yet it came with everything on the sandwich, requested it to be corrected/remade. Less than 1 minute later magically it came back corrected; was told she grabbed the wrong plate, but low and behold there was sauce and fixings still on the sandwich, it was blatantly obvious that they just switched the bun!Over 1 hour of a wait for incorrect food and to be lied too. Not acceptable! Rush or not don't treat the customer as if we are incompetent. We could not wait who knows how much long for them to possibly remake our food, we needed to leave.As we were walking out pasta was being served again?! Which again I find odd as I was told it wasn't available, so was this just my section or me? Kids only?Not impressed nor acceptable.Let's do better Applebee's!

Good applebees. Very basic, feels kind of dated, but I think that's just applebees. One time my friend who was working there broke a table, so s few points off.

Typical applebees. Always the same experience in most of them. Fun drinks but not strong, but hey get what you pay for!
