Arrow probably makes sense for builders and professionals but not for DIY retail customers. The one salesperson, with no other customers in the building, was completely indifferent to our questions about windows.

First of I should state I'm a homeowner not a professional contractor. Durring the COVID 19 pandemic, I needed four 2X4's for a small project and was trying to avoid Menards due to the large crowds. Yes, ABC was slightly more but better quality IMO. I will be going back to ABC in future for lumber. Only complaint is the store hours aren't open on evening and weekends for DIYers.
