One of the best customer service interactions ive had a phone store. The manager at the Hastings location helped solve all my problems i left very satisfied and impressed with her customer service would 100% recommend to family and friends

Dont waste your time here, head to the Woodbury location.Went to this store 4 different days before any of them felt like showing up to work during their open hours. When someone finally was there, when they were suppose to be, she had a very bad attitude, awful customer service. If this store is having such high turnover they can't even open their doors most of the time, maybe take a look at your current staff! I wouldn't want that woman as a coworker either.Went back yet another time to find another unhelpful employee, I suppose at least she was slightly less rude but equally unhelpful.

Poor customer service skills, anti-social attitude. Shamefully poor work ethic. Needs competent, corrective oversight.If you need to go to AT&T, go to the one in Woodbury, save yourself some trouble.
