“The key of this dealer having success is great salesman and Dan Plank. We bought a platinum Ford Explorer that had prior damage I found during the first two weeks - that hasn’t been disclosed on the auto report (not the dealers fault). Once I found prior pictures of the car on a google search I no longer felt safe with the car and the dealer couldn’t provide details of the repairs (where they were done, by ford, did the airbags have hammers in them now?). Instead of telling me it’s my problem, Dan Plank helped us get a new 2022 Ford Explorer XLT (not at all what we wanted or came to buy - still disappointing) so we could have a safe vehicle and helped us navigate the nightmare of swapping a recently bought used vehicle out for a new one. After 5-6 visits to the dealer to get everything figured out we finally took home our new Explorer. The main concern for me was having a safe vehicle for my pregnant wife and future baby.My trade in vehicle ended up going down to Florida where the person who bought it drove through tolls with my old MN plates. I sent these toll tickets to the dealer and they paid them - only due to Dan Plank - no one else was helpful after multiple calls and messages. Needless to say if you’re trading in a vehicle here - remove your plates! If we return here it’ll only be to work with Dan Plank and if he leaves we’ll go to whatever dealer he works at.Bottom line: I would buy a new car here but not a used one.”
