The Friendly and knowledgeable staff, even on a busy day was courteous and patient with us. We got two separate walkthroughs and both Augie and Lindsey did a great job of showing us the workings of our rental RV.

Hot water heater was not working. But overall it was a great vehicle. The pros outweigh the cons. We just showered at the sites. Still give them 5 stars.

Good experience reserving, picking up and returning. Super customer service. Will use them again.
