CVS is a pharmacy and health service provider that offers COVID-19 testing, including lab and rapid tests where available. Testing is limited to eligible individuals, with children over 10 able to get tested and minors under 16 needing adult supervision. During the pandemic, high demand sometimes causes delays. The pharmacy staff has been praised for their kindness and helpfulness. One customer shared a positive experience where a pharmacist quickly provided an inhaler in an emergency, even though it was over a month before the refill was due. The staff’s willingness to assist during urgent situations was highly appreciated. However, the pharmacy also faces challenges with communication. Customers reported long wait times when calling during business hours, with hold times exceeding 30 minutes and even 48 minutes on one occasion. Despite these issues, some staff members are noted for their excellent service. Customer experiences vary, with some feeling frustrated by wait times and transfer mistakes. One customer transferred prescriptions to a different CVS location for convenience but was dissatisfied and chose to return to a different branch known for better service. Others highlighted the kindness and patience of staff, especially when testing children, describing them as “amazing” and “beyond patient.” Overall, CVS is valued for its helpful staff and health services, though it faces occasional scheduling and communication challenges.

The minute clinic is great, but for the younger employees they really need to be trained better in where to find things in the store they work in. Also taking the customer to the product rather than point would be appreciated
