I asked for “just a trim” and got gaslit into bangs instead. I really paid $21.95 for this betrayal. Morgan at Great Clips really said, “Trust the process,” and I did… and now look at me. Not recommended. Overall terrible experience.

They have talented and friendly stylist that know what they're doing and listen to requests. Use the online check-in as you will be able to plan your visit and arrive with less of a wait.

The beauticians within great clips are outstanding! Always so good with my boys who are under the ages of 7. Always accommodating always following up with Mom to make sure they took enough hair off. Affordable and friendly place.

Do not believe their online check-in times. Second time it has burned me. I checked in with a 16 minute wait time. 46 minutes later still one person ahead of me. Such an antiquated check in system.

I had the best hair cut, and conversation.
I told the styles what I didn't want.. I stated, "She went to school, it's her job to decide what would look good on me.
Also informing her, I wouldn't get angry with her. Blair did a fabulous job!
