At first, I thought these guys did a wonderful job, but I notice my first name was misspelled after I clearly wrote my name correctly on the paperwork, I provided them, they told me to cross out the misspelling and write in the correct one.......very unprofessional of them! Hopefully this won't bite me in the butt, and they didn't even often a discount for their mistake.

Past 2 years our returns have dropped significantly. Down to the point that my tax fee to process was three to four times more than my return.H&R Block cost 292.00 for a 83.00 return.I belive i have paid more for tax prep. Than received in refunds.past 2 yrs. The fee they charged me this year for my taxes are ridiculous.I am going to have my last 2 yrs taxes reviewed by another to see if H&R took the time to get us the best option or just took the easy route.I have used H&R block for years but this is my last time.I filled out several pages of paperwork just to drop my taxes off. The office in hastings has seemed to have gone down hill.

I have used H&R Block for many years, only one time they got it wrong and when I questioned it the following year it was corrected. Like I said it was many many years ago. Since I have had Kirk I never have issues. He always takes the time to answer my questions. Thank you for having him.

Had Kia last year 2021 and ended up getting Audited for a simple math mistake that she made. My Mrs's ended up going to her as well about a week after I filed mine and she also had Kia. This one horrible tax preparer cost my family to miss out on thousands of dollars, because she was filing our paperwork wrong the whole time. This isn't the first time I had a problem with people in Hastings doing taxes. I will 100 % be taking our business else where since NO ONE in Hastings can file taxes correctly.
