“I just had the greatest experience with this company top to bottom. First of all Molly is a pleasure to work with you can hear the smile in her voice. Then there is Brad who came to Jabin's in Annapolis to pick up my newly acquire sailboat and bring it to the Great Lakes. We thought we had padded wrapped and thought of everything. For the most part we had, but Brad pointed out some areas that could use improvement and displayed care for my boat that was really appreciated.
Had an issue with the mast length which was off. Brad could have gotten upset about it. He tempered his frustration, made calls at the last minute to get revised permits and it was all resolved.
Then he gave updates along the way to a perfect delivery.
