This family-owned company came recommended by a friend. They were fast, efficient, forthright, knowledgeable, and professional and had an installer out promptly to look at my project and provided me a reasonable quote. They called me when they said they would. The installer has been with the company x 20+ years and did a great job. I had an excellent floor install in short order! Looks great and I’m confident I’ll have no issues with the floor install. More importantly, I’m confident if I did, they would make it right! Seems hard to find these days, but check this business out! Their flooring selection looked excellent too. Recommend without hesitation!

Kim, Mark & Marcus were great to work with! From the first encounter when I went into the store looking for LVP to the completion of the flooring remodel I was beyond pleased. They were friendly, knowledgeable, timely and made sure I was completely satisfied with their product. Their installer was also great, he was efficient and timely. I will definitely visit Ramsbacher Flooring for my future flooring needs. The flooring I went with is beautiful. Thanks you guys!

Kim and mark, Marcus, took the time to explain the process, and went the extra mile to get the job done.They have a wide selection of carpeting and hardwood flooring, and are willing to work within your budget. We had new carpeting put in 4 bedrooms, a stairway and a great room. Kim was able to help us pick out the best carpet within our budget. They were able to do the entire project in one day as were were in the process of moving. The installers were very polite and professional. I give them a solid 5 stars! Ken

I am so happy I went to Ramsbacher Quality Floor. I received a few estimates on replacing my rug going up the stairs, loft area and two bedrooms and was very happy when I received their estimate for the same rug which was less. That is not the only reason I chose Ramsbacher Quality Floors. Kim & Mark are a local family-owned business and are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. My estimate included moving my furniture which they did with care. I was even surprised that Mark and his son vacuumed after the installation. They communicated with me on the installation process and were very friendly yet professional. They are truly an amazing team! I highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs and will recommend them to my family and friends!

Unless you are a local, you will likely overlook Ramsbacher Flooring due to the location. That's too bad for you because you didn't get the excellent quality products and customer service you deserve. I highly recommend you keep Ramsbacher Flooring in mind for all of your flooring needs!

Kim & Mark are great to work with! Very knowledgeable in the products they offer and great customer service. The installers arrived as scheduled, installation was quick and professionally done, even vacuumed the new floors. Our new carpet looks great and will definitely recommend them to family & friends!
